There was a Child went Forth

I can relate to the very first stanza of the poem. As a child, I can see myself being easily influenced upon by my surroundings. So when the poem said 'the object became a part of him' I felt like I could relate because that is how I used to be when I was younger. I would watch TV, and see celebrities and try to be like them. The same I did with my friends, we all acted similar, liked similar things, and that is why we were friends.
